Just A Swift Half

Marathon that is. J and son Lloyd and a friend were competing in the Sherry Promo race in Jerez.

It was very hot, 30˚ at one point this afternoon, so I think a fair bit of walking was done. But even so, a great achievement.

I cannot even walk to my car without crutches.
