The demolition continues....

Was up early this morning to drop Mrs P off at work. Was such a lovely sunny day that I decided to take a wander around Dundee City Centre at 7am taking pictures.

Looks like the "cooncil eejits" are at it again. Someone has decided that the city square needed ripped up and re-paved and the old stone steps to the Caird Hall needed to be ripped up and replaced with new ones and the marble chipped in the process. No idea what the official reason is, good old health and safety related excuse perhaps?

I wonder if it's the same eejits that decided it was in the best interest of the citizens of the town that lots of old Dundee had to be demolished, which would nowadays be a great tourist attraction if they had survived....glad i'm no longer within the Dundee boundary.
