 ... if you already have a slightly sore knee and you haven't worn heels since before the pandemic, don't wear even 2 inch heels to a wedding.

I saw the physio this morning and now have exercises to do, but I loved her little stick people.  They remind me of Nancy's "Three million cheers" message in Secret Water by Arthur Ransome.
