124/365 Landscape
Today's blip is a view from the small hill above Crimscote and looking across towards Barton Farm in the distance. Further on in that direction is Ettington but you wouldn't be able to see that far because of the treeline.
I hadn't walked up that way for a couple of months or more and probably the snow drops were out the last time that I ventured that far up the lane. Now it's hawthorn blossom and horse chestnut flowering that are most on display along with the cowslips of course.
The swans have rebuilt their nest again just as they have for the last ten years or more on the stream which feeds into the small ornamental lake at Talton House. No herons or egrets to be seen so they must be busy elsewhere.
