George and the giant proboscis (Day 2917)

The morning wander with Sigyn was unpleasantly wet and windy. It was still fairly damp and windy when I arrived at the field to deal with the horses. With all the checks done and the hay nets redistributed in some slightly more sheltered spots, I headed along to C's to borrow a trailer. On to Rendall next to pick up S, then a couple of big round bales of hay. Back to Stromness to unload, then drop off the trailer before dropping S off again. Thanks chaps for all the help today!
Home to get Sigyn out a drier but windier wander, then off to Birsay to get the loo fitted on the bathroom re-fit. It is now getting to the stage of looking like a bathroom, though I still have a fair chunk of stuff to get done.
Home briefly then back to the horses to put out more hay and get some selfies to send to my beautiful wife.
George used his mahoosive proboscis to determine that my phone was not edible and therefore of very little interest.
