Found myself with a spare hour today, so detoured to the coast and had a walk on the beach followed by lunch in the van, blew the cobwebs away lol.

Then a super productive meeting in mid Copeland, our next series of Wellness Walks finalised, met a few of the potential participants and had a couple of our next batch of volunteers come along too. I'll deliver the first couple of months but slowly step away as the volunteers take over, excellent.

Finished the day being asked to speak at a conference to NHS social prescribers. It's slow, but I've a sense the ball is definitely starting to roll.
