Stand aside, Mary Berry

This was my entry in the Haymakers' Pudding Club competition.

Oh, did I say it was the winning entry? :D

It is Strawberoni Pizza.

Specifically, it's a vanilla sponge cake topped with strawberry sauce, sweetened vanilla cheese (mascarpone and Philadelphia) and strawberoni. Strawberoni is made from strawberry jelly with strawberry pieces and vanilla panna cotta as the lumps of fat. It's finished with fresh basil from my basil plant.

I am now Queen of Puddings. Till next month.
