Postscript

A happy postscript to last Friday’s blip, the new foal is now bouncing around the meadows with Mum.

Plenty of sunshine meant a good butterfly day: Green Hairstreak, Holly Blue, Comma, Orange-tip, Peacock, Small Tortoiseshell and Speckled Wood were all spotted on my walk.

Later, it was back down to Salts FC for a league fixture against Thackley Reserves. A last minute equaliser for Salts made it 2-2.
