Coffee anyone?

The local community council was getting grief for not putting on some Royal event. Given that we're mostly Republican, we decided to swallow our pride and put something on for the old folks. So, we had a coffee morning to raise funds for Cancer research. The amount of home baking was amazing and left overs went to the local home. Plenty folks came and we raised £250 so all wasn't lost. The flowers were donated by the local florist so we raffled them off and the cake was knitted by another local worthy. Last year I ended up organising the Queens Jubilee so I had a Royal dog show. 
I think iv'e done my bit. Now for a Baileys.!
