My negative is a positive

I met my s-i-l for coffee and a catch-up this morning and this afternoon I gave blood. I missed my local session last week so I booked for today in the next town. I try not to miss it as I have the blood type that can be given to anyone in an emergency. I feel very fortunate to be able to do it.
