Name day party plans had to be cancelled, but my lovely husband pampered me all evening. He prepared one of my favourite dishes; salmon, roasted root vegetables and Hollandaise sauce. Sparkling wine. Strawberries and whipped cream for dessert. And I got a present too: Seppo Jokinen's latest book!
