Scottish Pasties

A bit of magical kitchen chemistry. Ive just finished reading a wonderful book called Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie, erm Bonnie? Bonnie? Im going to have to look up her surname. Its on the tip of my tongue.
Garmus, Bonnie Garmus.

I gave it 5 stars. It was a slow starter for me, then i couldn't put it down. Very different to anything I've read before.
