Went to some woods at Lanercost, the other side of Carlisle to see the bluebells.  My friend/neighbour came too as she loves bluebells.  They are not at their best yet, probably need another week.  Back home and went next door to muck out ponies stalls.  They were in the paddock, so went and gave them a good brush, got lots and lots of hair from them which I put in a corner in the hope the birds will find useful.  The hair from last week's brushing session had all gone.  Afterwards had a quick bite to eat before cutting the lawn.  Been a busy day.
