The Convalescent

Poor Douggie has had a problem with his waterworks - a bladder stone blocked his urethra and he had to spend the night at the vet's. That was a couple of weeks ago. He's on a special diet that should dissolve the stone. We'll find out in a couple of weeks. 

He was very sluggish at first, and he didn't like his new food. Things have improved, but he seems to have good days and bad days. If only he could talk! He still likes sitting on the back of the sofa and watching the pigeons working out how to extract the fat balls from the new feeder.
