Glaslyn Ospreys

A beautiful day prompted a long overdue visit to see our friends at the Bywyd Gwyllt Glaslyn Wildlife Centre. (Glaslyn Osprey Centre)

The protected site has a new breeding female Osprey, after our previous Queen of 20 years sadly failed to return from Africa this Spring.

The centre has a very active Facebook page and a live stream feed on YouTube, with cameras on the nest 24/7 during the breeding season.

With scopes trained on the nest, you also get a wonderful of Snowdon! (left).
