the Kindly Mister has been foraging and came back with some delicious Thai squiddy fishcake things.

the new hurdles have been installed too.

p.s. the cupcakes arrived - the delivery man said that normally he sees my son!!! the Kindly Mister is only 6 years younger than me, so i put him straight!   the years of childbearing & raising, looking after elderly parents etc. - a wimmin's work is clearly as hard as it feels.
