Wild flowers on the Fife coastal path

I had a lovely walk today with Karen Birch of the Third Eye on line journal. She has been walking around Scotland raising money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. What a fantastic achievement , very modestly held. I was proud to spend the morning with her and what a bonus the views were too. The coast around St Andrews was splendid. Off to soak tired limbs now before a busy week calls......
