Sign of the times

There were these police signs and bright orange bollards placed on the edge of the pavement all along the road to the park this morning. Couldn't work out what they were for...surely not for polling day?
Further along I saw a sign "No access for Oasis Traffic"
Mundy asked "What's Oasis Traffic?"
Grand daughter said "You guys have been living on the moon too long".
