Is it a bug?

No, it's a calendula seed. I love the way they curl round like tiny croissants. I hope that these will flower in delicate cream rather than an in-your-face orange. But if they flower at all I'll be delighted. All my seeds are so slow this year.

Four year old here as usual  and and we're off to soft play soon. Then she is going to help me in the garden and house. She says she's a digger girl. I don't know what that means but it sounds very helpful.
