Day 4: Holt; Wine & Woodsmoke

Started the day with a trip to Holt where we procured a very pricy picnic. Returned to our ‘Sty’ at the Pigs and lit the outdoor fire. A relaxing afternoon incorporating toasted marshmallows; lots of spark; sauna; bath; reading and snoozing. There is an element of style over substance in this ‘hotel’ but it is certainly‘different’!

My husband has been googling reviews of tomorrow’s hotel… hmm looks dodgy. I was suspicious when they invited me to blind bid on an upgrade which I instantly’won’… watch this space!
