Walk in surgery

I got up determined to get through a day at work. Half an hour in and I knew I wasn’t going to make it to home time. My manager found cover for me and I came home at 12. I managed to get a phone call from the doctor who invited me to come in for a examination. I was impressed by her set up with the standing desk and treadmill.
She did some movements on me called the Epley Manoeuvre which was extremely unpleasant but confirmed her suspicions that I’m suffering from BPPV, basically loose crystals in the inner ear which cause dizziness when you move your head. The manoeuvre is supposed to encourage the crystals to float away but might take a few go’s so I’ll need to do it a couple of times a day at home.
