Tree Tsunami
We are leading a walk in a couple of weeks so today we tried it out. It's about 5 miles in the West Sussex countryside close to the South Downs Way. We first stumbled on it at the back end of lockdown and we remembered it for its interesting sections, including a windmill and a priory but the section I most love is this tree tunnel. And to day the tunnel looked magical with its bright leaves and streaky sunlight. It was a lovely walk and I am hopeful that the group will enjoy it too in a couple of weeks.
In extras is a shot taken within the church of St Blaise which adjoins the priory. I just love shafts of light - so evocative.
