Canada Geese

We were up and out early this morning as Bob had to be at hospital for 9am for a blood test.  Unfortunately we hit heavy traffic going into the city, bad timing, but we got there a little late and there was no problem.  Coming home was much easier.

I wanted to post a parcel in the afternoon, so went to the town centre post office.  It is a large post office, but only two desks open and so a large queue...... it is most frustrating.

When I was clearing out my cupboard (still only half way there) I found a few old pairs of spectacles, so handed them in to the opticians for passing on; they send them to be used in the Third World, so it is a good thing to do rather than them laying in a drawer or cupboard.

Still fairly early so we headed over to the loch.  I had a walk, while Bob had a coffee as he cannot walk far at present.  The Canada Geese have had goslings, they are such pretty fluffy wee things.  There was a wee girl there who had never seen them and was enchanted, and wanted to pick one up but luckily her mum managed to dissuade her.

So blip done, and extra also!
