And what better way to spend the morning than watching a game of cricket. Liphook and Ripsley Under 15's played Grayshott today. Grayshott take life a little more seriously than Liphook do, and there were a couple of examples of them pushing sportsmanship a little bit further than we might.

It was a very moist wicket, and runs were hard to find. Batting first, we managed to scramble to 63 runs - probably our lowest total ever, but we did well to restrict their run chase, and after 8 overs, they only had 11 runs on the board. However, when our first choice bowlers finished their allotted overs, runs became a little easier to find and we lost by 7 wickets, with 4 overs to spare.

Well done Liphook - a good effort, and you played the game with a tremendous spirit
