Further Developments

SMOKEY!

Yes, he was here again today. Caro doesn't mind. Apparently he is very cuddly and she often wakes up to find him purring in her face. 

Today at work was mildly annoying. Tempered by the fact that I knew I'd be speaking to Grant at 3.30. 

We like Grant. He was Shenée's boss when she was at Kainga Ora. He was "a good boy" as she put it. He was one of the few managers who stood up for her. 

And now he's trying to get me back in. We had a nice chat and he seemed hopeful. But he's not the one to make a decision. That would be Soni who I'll be speaking to tomorrow. I do not know Soni. I've put out my feelers to see if I can get any intel on her. 

So that made me feel happy. 

And now I'm watching the tv remake of "Fatal Attraction". I remember seeing this in the cinema back in 1987. The entire audience rose up out of their seats and went WOOOAAAAH at the ending. 

I don't know if this new version will do that. But I'll be keeping an eye open for any bunnies.
