Ewe've been framed...

...feeling sheepish now.

The intention was to take a shot of the trout fishery that lies north of Burntisland next to Dunearn farm. The loch covers some 35 acres and, until it was decommissioned in the 1990s, was part of the water supply system for Fife for the best part of 90 years. Now it's open all year round for fly fishing only for both Brown and Rainbow Trout.

The bonus was these sheep in the foreground who appear to be practicing to attain mountain sheep status. This is obviously just a nursery slope, but you have to start somewhere I suppose. If anyone knows what this breed of sheep this is don't hesitate to show off - I would be interested to know.
