Learning process

I laid out all the granny squares ready to sew them together.  It is the first time I have ever attempted this.  It wasn't straightforward.  I made a number of mistakes with it - including chopping through the edges of two squares when I was trying to take them apart!  I am in the middle of repairing these and will carry on tomorrow as I've had enough!  I will say that what I have managed to do so far looks quite neat.
