It's all coming together......................

Finally, after 2 weeks, Mr Sunshine has come out to play. Whoopee doo! You have no idea how happy my human is about this. We've been back in Cornwall for two weeks and my human has been wearing the same two pairs of trousers and same two sweaters for the whole of that time because she only brought 'sunny days' clothing with her it's been really cold.

Ann had already posted on social media that she was going sea swimming today, come rain or shine.
Fortunately 'Mr Sunshine' graced us all with his presence and came out to play. Yay!!

I got up at 7am and went for an hour long trek around to see which beach would be best for swimming.

After breakfast I had snooze time and Ann went to Zumba at 9am. The Zumba class, here in St Ives is fabulous. Ann can do three classes here, for the cost of one in Edinburgh, she doesn't need to book a block of 10 classes in advance, and apart from it being the best class she's attended in years, everyone is mega mega friendly.

After Zumba, for the second time this morning she had to walk up a big steep hill to get home. That's a workout in itself.

Met our friend, Diane, on Porthminster Beach at 11am so that Ann could make her swimming debut into the sea. I was allowed to go with her, She said, 'Trixie, I'm only going to be in the sea for about 4mins because someone had told her that the sea was really cold and that would be all she could stand??!! Diane will look after you while I'm swimming.

Mmmmmmm...................... Ann was in the sea for longer than 4mins but she had to wade out quite a long way before she was in deep enough water to swim. Diane kept throwing my ball into the sea for me to retrieve but because Ann was so far away, Diane couldn't throw the ball far enough for me to do swimming with Ann. And anyway, I don't like going out of my depth??

Having said that, we both had a lovely swim on Porthminster Beach this morning and then we had to walk up a big steep hill for the third time today were so tired, that we've had to spend the whole afternoon chillaxing on our very lovely sun-terrace.
