Visit

Just before I left to catch the bus to Edinburgh to visit Luke, we had a couple of visitors - Dewi who used to work with D, and his wife Anne Marie. They were cycling past the house and decided to call in and as you can see, D was happy to see them and I had time for a quick chat before rushing off.

It was my first experience of the 101 bus to Edinburgh since Houston’s took over the route from Stagecoach and it was a positive one - all on time, friendly drivers and a 5 minute comfort break at Abington services. We changed onto a bigger bus at Biggar..

I’m writing this while Luke cooks our tea. We have taken lovely Otter out for a walk along the beach and the sea air has definitely made me hungry!
