Three-cornered Leek, also called Triangular-stalked Garlic or Snow Bell.    
It smells strongly of garlic apparently, I didn't get close enough to notice !!
It''s growing in one of the paddocks where we walked this morning, there were several small clumps.   Let's hope the developers don't get their grubby hands on the paddocks so it can naturalise into bigger clumps.
