Thames Barrier in the sunshine

Another run, another Thames Barrier blip. A scheduled 90 minute run, probably done a little bit more quickly than I thought. It seemed warm compared to earlier in the day (long sleeves were not warranted).

Gave Helen and her suitcase a lift down to the station this morning - she is flying off to meet our daughter in Costa Rica and then two of them are spending five weeks touring around central America.

After that, I went off to be a timekeeper at Charlton Parkrun.
