daft oclock!

I was up and about this morning at 4.15am!!!! I know insane isnt it. My old retriever was barking to go out to toilet, so up I got to let her out. That's when I noticed the lovely colours in the sky and I just had to get myself dressed and out. So I was down on the beach at around 4.30 this morning along with camera, tripod, coffee (can't function first thing with it) its lucky the beach is at the end on my street really. There wasn't a soul around which was really nice, just the sound of the birds and the lapping of the waves. After I had finished taking my shots and the sun was well and truly up I decided to do my meditation while I was there, the sound of the waves and the birds made for a wonderful half hour of centering bliss.
