I checked my emails this morning to see if there was delivery information for Saturday’s purchase. Nothing, though I thought it was an optimistic date considering it’s a bank holiday weekend.

I waited until afternoon before going out and wandered down the hill then along to Waterhead. By that time the morning cloud had cleared to give some sunny spells.
