Ran round the Pentland Skyline with Mrs AB. Three years since my last round and my legs reminded me of that fact. Not as fast as I used to be! Beautiful conditions.
We met Andy Spenceley on Allermuir; I remembered him from the LAMM in 2018 where he was the race controller.
