Tarte Tatin

I might just have a new favourite dessert. Can't believe I'd never had a tarte tatin before, it was pretty amazing!

What a day. Today I got filmed for American TV, didn't expect that when I woke up this morning. I gave the TV crew a little tour of the chapelle, explaining it to them in English. Had to stand around for half an hour waiting for them to get the light right. I think I can add TV presenter to the list of jobs I wouldn't want to do. But it was quite funny, there were two Slovakian guys making the film, and a Cornish man so the strange mix of French and English with several people translating for other people was interesting. At least it gave me something to do. Sadly I won't see my acting debut for a year and a half, by which time I'll have probably forgotten all about it!
