Slow cooking on a slow day

It's been a busy few weeks so we had a quiet day recovering. We has some short rib in the freezer which we cooked with red wine for three hours and ate with mash and leeks. It was too wet to do anything in the garden, so we were indoors all day. The newish Netflix drama Diplomat is worth a watch.
