Iceblocks

I was wandering around downtown when I saw that somebody had thrown out these iceblocks on the pavement. There is also an artificial waterafall at one of the squares. I had not noticed it before and only saw it now because a cat was sitting there looking at the water. It looked like he was fishing. I tried to capture him, but as soon as I took up the camera he went away.
