Crossing the Arrow River
Thirteen members of the walking group drove through the Cardrona Valley, over the Crown Range to Arrowtown. The autumn leaves are still looking spectacular. We walked down the true right of the Arrow River, crossed this bridge, and walked back to the cars along the true left of the river. We had a welcome cuppa and scone at a local cafe, before heading for home. Just over 12K steps, or just over 8 k's. What a spectacular walk, with good friends. The extra is the path along the river, and the second extra is of the walkers walking along the trail.
A wonderful day out, in perfect weather.
