Home again

We arrived home after a rather tedious journey. The M11 was closed for the entire weekend which meant a cross country diversion. After that it was a fairly straightforward drive but the weather worsened into heavy rain which didn’t help. Misty was very good though, and seemed pleased to arrive at our house which is quite familiar to her. Hopefully she will settle in quickly and have a nice holiday. My sister will be happy to know she is being cosseted!
The garden looks like it has been quite wet and cool. No obvious disasters and my tomato plants have survived their week out in the cold greenhouse! I may bring them in again if we are really going to have more frost.
