Tournament Bridge

A super relaxing 12 mile or so Glasgow Ramblers walk around Kilwinning and Eglinton Park admiring the ruined remains of the elaborate gothic castellated mansion. The bridge, where jousting matches took place, crosses the Lurton Water.
It rained torrentially most of the day which didn’t dampen our spirits and as ever the conversation was eclectic, and the cowslips were magnificent, extra.
A quick trip to see R whose now back in DC, and a highly successful attempt to make danish pastries in the air fryer as recommended by a rambler with a sweet tooth.
