beer. There is a controversial Thai food market in Berlin which we checked out today. Tories are in the Red town hall and the market is allegedly too loud for the area it is in. In addition there is no running water or toilets. Many parks in Berlin are similar.  Local people have complained and it is under threat of closure. I suspect it isn't easy to integrate and find jobs and people are earning money where they can. Had a green beer and headed to the Botanical gardens for a wander through the poison garden and nap on the grass. Found a new spati/corner shop to buy some ice lollies. Tomorrow is a holiday in Berlin, the day of the worker.
