The Tree

This is the tree that the Boss and Bossess first set eyes on earlier in the year in a gallery in Hamner and it was with complete joy that it's maker Daniel and his lovely lady brought it to us here in a special box tied on the roof rack of their SUV.

We are especially proud because this is the only the second tree that Daniel has made and he is not "Somebody" in the field of art. He is a plumber with very special talents and a dab hand with a gas axe. He will go far.
It is made of copper and the hand made leaves are lacquered and will continue to shine for years. This shot was done with a tad of additional lighting to get that shine.
The tree is 1500 wide.

So our special tree is planted and needs no frost protection, fertiliser or other care.

It will however require regular spraying...with lovely soft light, nightly.
