Stressful start to the day with a phone call from the estate agent in Holmfirth. To cut a very long story short, exchange happened today! Spent the rest of the morning getting a couple of quotes and arranging insurance for our new abode.

It was a gloomy afternoon for our trip Into Berwick to meet Rena and Frank for coffee and cake. Lots of news to catch up on - they'll be moving too in a month or so.

Then on to buy a couple of rigid boxes in which to pack some delicate items, before driving home to continue with the packing.
