NUMBER 4

So proud of myself and Teresa. This is my 4th park run walk. We do our own timing as we are the only walkers and being last by 15 mins is hard. So we left 15 mins early and finished in an hour…our usual time but I felt so much better this time. Teresa has had an awful week (recovering from a chest infection and the loss of her beloved pup) but agree out with nature on a beautiful sunny morning was great medicine.
What did me in was a frustrating shopping trip!!!! Now my knee hurts. :(((( ice and rest.
The Rev did a mammoth allotment dig so I was glad I treated us to a M&S meal deal. 10/60
