Blue skies

My nephew and family came down today. For my eldest great nephew’s 11th birthday I bought the family a trip on the London Eye. The younger great nephew found the queuing a little tiresome, it was 30 minutes which I thought was good. Maybe when you’re only 8 even that’s a long time. Any way once we got on they enjoyed looking out for London’s landmarks.
After a short stop to take on food , (these boys have good appetites,) we made our way towards Tower Bridge.  They loved seeing the bridge lifting.  There was a lot of police activity, I think they were monitoring an event in Trafalgar Sq.
Back home, I’m now chilling with a g&t
