Ivy-leaved toadflax

I love this wee beauty (Cymbalaria muralis). It scrambles over pretty much everything in my garden. If it gets out of control, you just grab a handful and pull it away. Bees & hoverflies love it too and it provides excellent ground cover on pots to keep the soil moist and the carbon locked in.

I had a break from writing today, spending it potting up seedlings and chatting to the birds.
