Flying Lemon

The last dry day for a week so out we went to do some yard work. I cleaned out a flower bed buried in a mixture of dry and wet leaves. It was good to see all of the hosta, lavender and clematis plants again • MrsP gathered up more bamboo stocks and branches to burn in the fire pit • Yesterday we purchased two lilac trees and the man who cut the tree down this week delivered them this morning. These trees will grow to a maximum height of 5’, a perfect size for the backyard patio • No hummers, and no catbirds, yet • Enjoy your Saturday!
