Exploring the back catalogue

A day of low energy, grumbling sore throat and blocked sinuses. Not covid again (I tested), but just a routine head cold I think.
I did manage a bit of pruning in the garden, cutting back and reshaping a large fuchsia bush that had been damaged in the last snows of the winter. Other than that, it's been a quiet day, including a long (and hopefully restorative) afternoon nap.
So the image, although it's a springtime one, is a new edit of one from this time last year.
I am relieved to see that the heavily compromised BBC chairman has finally gone. Other than that, news from the outside world is grim.
