We overnight with my wives sister Beverly and husband Matt in a little village called Glendonbrook. It's about 30k outside of Singleton which has a lot of coal mines most of them if not all are open cut. Matt is a shot firer that means he gets to place and detonate explosives to to blow away the overburden and expose the coal face.

Originally Glendonbrook was a dairy producing area populated to a large extent by the Joneses including my wife. Now there is no dairy activity however beef cattle what we in Australia Pitt Street farmers who have hobby farms as a tax liability.
