5K Your Way

It was a fabulous morning for my first 5K Your Way walk today. I met some of the nurses from the Chemo Unit and ex patients from there. We chatted our way along the coastal path and hardly noticed the distance. I’ll definitely do it as often as possible. Get in some practice for the Race for Life too !
